Job Details
The Implementation Specialist will deploy Shiji’s POS solutions for enterprise customers. This role involves executing technical tasks such as hardware installation, system configuration, upgrades, basic troubleshooting, and user training.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute F&B POS implementation projects remotely or on-site.
- Provide user training on-site or remotely.
- Perform POS version upgrades either remotely or on site.
- Report and escalate critical issues to internal teams.
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries during implementations.
- Deliver remote support post-implementation.
- Prepare and submit daily project reports.
- Attend internal training.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in POS implementation or IT support.
- Proficient with hospitality POS systems.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Windows operating systems.
- Demonstrated experience in the setup and installation of POS systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of the company’s IT solutions.
- Possession of a valid passport with the ability to travel within the Americas region, up to 75% of the time.
- Willingness to be available for on-call support.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
