Full-Time Implementation Specialist, Mexico

• Execute F&B POS implementation projects, understanding user requirements and installing hardware.
• Provide user training on-site or remotely.
• Perform POS version upgrades, minimizing disruption.
• Report and escalate critical issues to internal teams.
• Troubleshoot customer inquiries during implementations.
• Deliver remote support post-implementation.
• Prepare project reports and maintain records.
• Attend internal training.

• Two (2) years’ experience in POS implementation or IT support.
• Proficient with hospitality POS systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
• Experience in POS systems setup and installation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to learn IT solutions effectively.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel within the Americas (up to 75%).
• Willingness for on-call support as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, hospitality, or business field.
• Experience configuring and installing Simphony II POS systems.
