Full-Time Infrastructure and Operations Manager

Position Summary The Infrastructure and Operations Manager oversees IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations. This role manages daily IT system operations, a team of technology employees, collaborates with departments, and implements solutions for efficiency.

Essential Responsibilities

1. Oversee IT operations (networks, servers, security).
2. Manage IT Operations staff for optimal performance and coordination.
3. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
4. Identify operational improvements with senior management.
5. Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements.
6. Assess technology landscape and recommend upgrades/changes.
7. Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
9. Conduct training sessions for technology and security awareness.
10. Supervise IT budgets, processing invoices, and monitoring expenditures.
11. Manage service desk, tier 2 & 3 support services.
12. Handle office setup/retirement processes (administration, vendors, scheduling).
13. Manage technology asset management (hardware, software, processes).
14. Manage corporate goals.
15. Provide metrics/KPIs on infrastructure and operations.
16. Oversee business systems (Azure Cloud, Google Workspace, OneLogin, Zoom, TeamViewer, ESET, etc).
17. Document, update, and manage standard operating procedures.
18. Mentor Information Technology Team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration.
• 10+ years IT management and operations experience.
• 8+ years managing technology employees.
• 5+ years experience with Azure cloud infrastructure, network security, and IT governance.
• Hybrid/remote environment management experience.
• Strong project management methodologies knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience managing a technology-driven team.
• Compliance regulations and risk management familiarity.
• Cybersecurity best practices and issue resolution knowledge.
• Meraki network familiarity.

Benefits

Salary range: $127,871 - $160,000. Annual incentive eligible. Remote work eligible.
