Vattenfall IT is seeking a driven Infrastructure Domain Architect for the hosting domain!
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
As Infrastructure Domain Architect for the hosting domain, you bridge enterprise strategy with infrastructure service implementation. You define domain-specific Target Architecture and roadmaps, aligning with enterprise goals, regulations, and IT security standards.
You translate enterprise architecture principles into hosting domain-specific architectures, roadmaps, and technical standards, ensuring alignment with Vattenfall IT Strategy, regulations, and IT security frameworks.
You ensure infrastructure capabilities support Vattenfall Business Areas/Units. Collaborate with Infrastructure Solution Architects and other Domain Architects to maintain architectural consistency.
You evaluate technologies, tools, and operational processes, ensuring current business needs and future scalability are met. As SME, you provide guidance, governance, and mentoring to Infrastructure Solution Architects. Support design decisions promoting standardized patterns enhancing interoperability, security, and scalability.
Key Activities:
- Create and maintain domain-level architecture and roadmap, aligning with strategic goals.
- Contribute domain strategies as part of the VIT EA Function, aligning with VIT Strategy.
- Ensure domain architecture contributes to business objectives.
- Evaluate and approve solution designs to ensure alignment with strategies and principles.
- Evaluate tools, technologies, and operational processes to align with enterprise architecture goals.
- Understand and apply regulatory requirements and Vattenfall IT security principles.
- Collaborate with IT Security teams to validate domain-specific solutions and ensure security.
- Act as architectural SME for the hosting domain, guiding Solution Architects.
- Facilitate cross-domain collaboration for consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
