Harbor is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer focused on optimizing, ensuring reliability, and enhancing the performance of cloud and on-premises IT server infrastructure.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and support of the enterprise infrastructure and computing technologies at Harbor Global.
Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge and administration of VMware server environments.
- Understanding of Network infrastructure, particularly Palo Alto Firewalls.
- SSO knowledge (specifically, DUO).
- Azure (subscriptions, RBAC, maintenance).
- Windows Server Administration.
- Understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra.
- Exceptional knowledge of networking technologies.
- Familiarity with administration, performance tuning, and system monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues.
- Ensure system security through access controls.
- Collaborate with IT staff and end users to address system requirements.
- Optimize the performance and scalability of the IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technology, servers, systems, infrastructure.
- Proven experience in VMware, firewalls, networking, email systems.
