Full-Time Instructional Content Designer

Job Summary:The Instructional Content Designer creates clear, engaging digital learning experiences that help global end users understand and apply software, workflows, and business processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Design micro-learning and video training content that enables end users to effectively use software, workflows, and processes in real-world scenarios.
• Develop instructional scripts, visual frameworks, and content outlines for interactive and video-based e-learning modules.
• Create detailed, visually driven storyboards in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and the Senior Instructional Designer.
• Use tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, AI-powered platforms, or equivalent to design and build interactive content.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to ensure content is instructional, engaging, and effective.
• Conduct learner needs analysis to define learning goals, performance outcomes, and audience-specific requirements.
• Transform complex technical information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling digital learning content for a global audience.
• Translate functional software features into user-friendly training materials that support both internal and external learners.
• Review and revise content based on learner performance data and stakeholder feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Update training materials in response to product enhancements, evolving business needs, and user input.
• Collaborate across teams and time zones to ensure content meets the needs of a diverse, global learner base.
• Stay current with best practices, learning technologies, and instructional design methodologies to continuously enhance content quality.
• Demonstrate flexibility, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
