Full-Time Intelligent Workplace Architect

The Microsoft 365 Software Architect leads strategic direction of Intelligent Workplace projects, leveraging M365 technologies and software architecture for innovative, high-value solutions.

This role combines technical leadership, client engagement, and strategic planning, demanding strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Impact: Delivering Business-Centric M365 Solutions. Drive impactful M365 solutions aligning with client goals, ensuring operational efficiency and strategic growth. Design architecture blueprints, create Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and provide estimations to transform business challenges into tangible results.
2. Operational Efficiency: From Concept to Seamless Delivery. Take ownership of solution delivery, from design to implementation. Lead process improvements, define system architectures, ensure timely, high-quality project execution, and drive operational success and client satisfaction.
3. Solution Design: Crafting Scalable, Agile M365 Architectures. Design and implement scalable M365 solutions supporting on-premises and cloud environments. Build adaptable architectures driving business transformation using tools like SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Exchange, and Dynamics.
4. Technical Leadership: Driving Excellence and Mentorship. Lead development teams, establish coding standards, and ensure technical excellence. Mentor and act as a subject matter expert, fostering cross-functional collaboration and guiding teams to create high-quality, secure, and efficient M365 solutions.
5. Seamless Integration: Connecting Systems for Smarter Operations. Enable smooth integration of M365 applications with existing business ecosystems. Optimize workflows, streamline operations, and ensure seamless connectivity between essential tools.
6. Innovation & Modernization: Staying Ahead of Technology Trends. Keep M365 solutions modern, agile, and ready for future challenges. Stay at the forefront of Microsoft advancements, incorporating latest tools, technologies, and best practices in every solution, ensuring client relevance and agility.

Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of M365 technologies (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Exchange, Dynamics).

Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Certifications: Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Solutions Architect Expert, and relevant M365 security or compliance certifications.

Experience: 7+ years in IT, 3+ years in software architecture, extensive experience in M365 solution development, leading enterprise-level projects.

Leadership & Communication: Proven experience in leadership roles with strong written and verbal communication skills, effectively engaging with cross-functional teams and clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
