Full-Time Intern Business Development

Support our teams in aligning their talent needs with business growth objectives.

Conduct research and data analysis to understand talent acquisition processes, onboarding strategies for new markets, and data-driven improvements for recruitment efficiency.

Analyze recruitment KPIs to identify trends, improve funnel efficiency, and optimize time-to-hire and cost-per-hire metrics.

Contribute to sourcing strategies and processes to support international growth and operational scalability.

Participate in business expansion projects by identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence within the People function.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, management, or a related field, with a strong interest in talent acquisition and business development.

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to conduct research and interpret recruitment metrics.

A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of project-based tasks.

Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong plus.

A passion for working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and contributing to international expansion efforts.
