Contractor International Experience Quality Program Manager

About The Role:What was once Localization is now International Experience. We’re a team passionate about the entire end-to-end global strategy for our customers and Notion users, moving beyond just translation. We leverage data, product and design thinking, and partnerships across the company to drive results in every country and 14+ languages.

We’re looking for our first ever Program Manager to define what International Experience Quality looks like at Notion. This is an exciting role where you’ll craft the quality program from the ground up for millions of customers.

What You'll Achieve:

• Set up a first-of-its-kind International Experience Quality Program.
• Define language tiering and LQA approach across multiple content types (product, marketing, video subtitling, etc.).
• Drive MT and AI translation model evaluations to ensure Notion is always using the most cutting edge technology.
• Define and own the testing strategy and end-to-end content quality in 14+ languages.

Skills You'll Need:

• Language tiering experience across multiple languages and content types
• LQA experience
• MT/AI evaluation experience across different types of content, models, and language pairs
• Experience working with and leveraging data to make decisions, monitoring quality and actioning results
• Experience working with LSPs and creating context for translators (Translation Memories, style guides, glossaries)

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Phrase TMS
• Leveraging AI in quality workflows
• Notion knowledge
