Full-Time IT Administrative Expert (IT Governance)

About your tasks:

• Managing IT internal onboarding sessions for new joiners.
• Owning the documentation process for onboarding and offboarding external employees.
• Ensuring contract NDAs, and onboarding steps are complete.
• Ensuring to revoke accesses at the end of the collaboration.
• Ensuring good time booking rate and accurate data for capitalization for all IT employees.
• Support in budgeting and controlling processes.
• Designing and processing surveys for all-IT including following up on the results.
• Organizing IT communication meetings and events.

About you:

• You are reliable and take full ownership of your work.
• You work independently and remain focused without supervision.
• You’re proactive, structured, and confident interacting with senior leadership.
• You’re proficient with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence and Jira.
