Role Responsibilities

• Provide onsite/remote support for troubleshooting, repairing, and resolving laptop issues.
• Building and configuring end-user systems (MacOS, Windows, ChromeOS).
• Support hardware/application issues with manufacturers.
• Support connected devices (keyboards, mice, monitors, home routers).
• Track and resolve issues using ticketing system.
• Create/update standard operating procedures and "How-To's".
• Communicate troubleshooting steps effectively (IM, video, call).
• Manage/support users with Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom.
• Maintain high user satisfaction.
• Conduct periodic user, group, and access reviews.
• Assist in managing access controls.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years desktop support/management experience
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Cloud-based environment experience
• Mobile Device Management understanding
• Computing hardware technology and operating system knowledge
• Operating system and application installation/configuration/maintenance skills
• Strong communication skills
• Advanced troubleshooting of end-user computing devices, laptops, and network issues
• Following documented standard operating procedures
• Developing standard operating procedures based on policies and changes
• Information security practices and HIPAA understanding
• Issue analysis, plan development, and solution implementation
• Proficient English speaking, reading, and writing.
