Full-Time IT Analyst - Quoting Software Support

IT Analyst - Quoting Software Support is responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of quoting software systems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by end-users
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
• Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with software vendors for advanced support and issue resolution
• Participate in implementation of new quoting software or upgrades, including requirement gathering, testing, and deployment
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and processes

Must Have:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably with a focus on quoting or similar software
• Experience with software implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with database management and SQL

Desirable:

• Proficiency in Paradigm Quoting and Configurator Software

Professional Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
