We are looking for a seasoned IT Applications Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the group CIO, your mission will be to bring our IS landscape to new heights!
First 6 months: Establish foundations for internal Applications activity. Reinforce teams, collaborate with HR and Finance, streamline processes (hire-to-retire, procure-to-pay, lead-to-cash). Clean data and simplify workflows in Netsuite & SAP SuccessFactors. Deploy POCs to re-challenge the status quo and find new implementation ways for core processes. Define, implement, and monitor KPIs for each functional domain.
Next 6-18 months: Drive the framing, strategy, and execution of our newly designed IS landscape. Set up futureproof integrated capabilities that maximize internal efficiency. Rebalance in-house development vs. off-the-shelf components, rethink architecture, and structure a platform approach.
After 18 months: Focus on scaling and optimizing the IS landscape through application integrations, improved user experience, and continuous innovation. Achieve seamless data flow, improve responsiveness to business needs, and empower functional teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in IT Applications, with a minimum of 3 years in management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale application projects, including a successful global ERP deployment.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how applications enhance business performance.
- Proficiency in IT, including ERPs (SAP, Netsuite, Workday), API, and JSON.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
