We are seeking a seasoned IT Applications Manager to join our dynamic team.
Reporting directly to the group CIO, your mission is to elevate our IS landscape.
First 6 Months: Establish foundations for internal Applications activity. Reinforce teams, collaborate with HR & Finance to understand business models, streamline processes (hire-to-retire, Procure-to-Pay, Lead-to-Cash), clean data, simplify workflows in Netsuite & SAP SuccessFactors. Deploy POCs to re-challenge the status quo and find innovative ways to implement core processes. Define, implement, and monitor KPIs for each functional domain.
Next 6-18 Months: Drive framing, strategy, and execution of the newly designed IS landscape. Establish futureproof integrated capabilities to maximize internal efficiency. Rebalance in-house development vs off-the-shelf components, rethink architecture, and structure a platform approach.
After 18 Months: Focus on scaling and optimizing the IS landscape. Enhance user experience through key application integrations and continuous innovation. Achieve seamless data flow and improved responsiveness to business needs.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- At least 8 years in IT Applications, with 3+ years in management.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale application projects, with a successful ERP (Core Model) deployment.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how applications enhance performance.
- Proficiency in IT, including ERPs (SAP, Netsuite, Workday), APIs, and JSON.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
