Job Title: IT Audit Manager

Reports To: Director, Internal Audit Management

Job Overview: This role leads and supervises risk-based operational audits, including risk assessments, business and IT operational process reviews, integrated audits, and system implementation reviews, adhering to department and professional standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise audit execution, ensuring timely completion.
• Provide value-added recommendations to improve internal control effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and mentor staff to ensure proper training and skill development.
• Serve as a technical resource for specific areas, such as ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, database, and the ServiceNow platform.
• Maintain technical proficiency in professional standards (accounting, auditing, financial reporting).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4-year degree in Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of work experience, with 3+ years at a public accounting firm (Big 4 or national CPA firm preferred), including experience in business and technology operational audit, IT governance risk and compliance.
• Previous experience in an internal audit function preferred, with 3+ years in leading risk-based audits with demonstrated responsibility progression.
• Certifications (CISA or CIAP) preferred.
• Experience in Software or Cloud industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of technology processes (e.g., change management, access security, technology operations), application controls, and segregation of duties.
• Advanced understanding of business objectives and risks associated with a SaaS company.
• Considerable knowledge of various business processes (e.g., sales operations, procurement, payroll).
• Strong skills in Excel and Visio.
• Experience in SAP, Tableau, and/or ServiceNow platform a plus.
