Reports to: Director, Internal Audit Management
We are seeking an experienced IT Audit Manager to join our Internal Audit team. Our team fosters a supportive, loyal, and feedback-driven environment. ServiceNow employees are expected to be proactive, self-starting, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise risk-based operational audits (risk assessments, business/IT process reviews, integrated audits, system implementation reviews) aligning with departmental and professional standards, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Provide valuable recommendations to enhance internal control effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and coach senior and staff members to promote proper training, consistent execution, and audit skill development.
- Act as a technical resource for ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, database, and the ServiceNow platform.
- Maintain technical proficiency and knowledge of professional standards (accounting, auditing, and financial reporting).
- Demonstrate expertise in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (using AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing insights, or evaluating AI's impact).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum 6 years of work experience, including 3+ years at a public accounting firm (Big 4 or national CPA firm preferred), with experience in business/technology operational audit, IT governance, risk, and compliance.
- Preferred: Internal audit experience with 3+ years leading risk-based audits and demonstrated responsibility progression.
- Preferred certifications: CISA or CIIA.
- Preferred experience in Software/Cloud industries.
Technical/Business Skills:
- Strong understanding of technology processes (change management, access security, operations), application controls, and segregation of duties.
- Deep understanding of business objectives and risks associated with SaaS companies, and demonstrated execution of operational audits in IT and business processes.
- Knowledge of various business processes (e.g., sales, procurement, payroll).
- Proficient in Excel and Visio.
- Experience with SAP, Tableau, and/or ServiceNow platform is a plus.

- Excellent leadership, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present complex audit issues to management clearly.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify root causes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
