Responsibilities
In this role you’ll:
- Support IT project managers in planning, monitoring, and executing projects across business functions.
- Assist in creating project documentation, including charters, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track progress and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by analyzing bottlenecks and recommending enhancements.
- Collaborate with innovation teams to explore, prototype, and implement AI-driven solutions.
- Research industry trends and emerging technologies in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
- Assist in developing business use cases for AI applications, including workflow automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision support.
- Support pilot projects and proof-of-concepts to evaluate feasibility and impact of new technologies.
- Gather and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and analysis.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to provide insights that support decision-making and strategy.
- Contribute to user acceptance testing, training materials, and change management efforts.
You’re the kind of person we are looking for if you:
- Have earned a high school diploma or GED
- Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a BA/BS Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology (IT) or Computer Science from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
- Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project
- Are authorized to work in the U.S.
