Job Details
Living Future is seeking an IT Director to manage all facets of the organization's technology infrastructure, including Salesforce and other SaaS platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce instance and other SaaS platforms.
- Respond to staff work requests.
- Ensure staff training on technology changes.
- Act as Salesforce Technical Architect & Administrator, connecting SaaS platforms and managing technical aspects.
- Configure & maintain user accounts, reports, custom fields, etc., in Salesforce and other platforms.
- Establish and document Salesforce best practices.
- Lead technology projects, collaborating with consultants (e.g., 2025 Federal grant).
- Conduct regular internal system audits.
- Manage domains (GoDaddy), SSL certificates.
- Monitor and maintain email marketing software (Pardot).
- Maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud sites.
- Articulate technical architecture considerations for program teams.
- Work with front-end support for smooth web operations.
- Handle website backend (database, server integration).
- Analyze website performance and troubleshoot errors.
- Set up work computers and peripherals for new staff.
- Provide technical support on various platforms (Google Workspace, Asana, Salesforce, etc.).
- Manage and execute IT work requests (Asana).
- Research, recommend, and implement technology solutions.
- Support data access and transitions for departing/new employees.
- Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into Salesforce features.
- Respond to issues, change requests, and end-user needs.
- Submit IT purchase requests and expense reports (Fyle).
- Monitor IT credit card and budget adherence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Enterprise architecture skills (application, information, infrastructure).
- 5+ years Salesforce experience, emphasizing data architecture.
- 3+ years project management experience.
- Experience with enterprise-wide technology direction and architecture.
- Experience managing technology for a remote workforce.
- Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical).

- Salesforce Certified Administrator/Advanced Administrator/System Architect
- Salesforce Data Architecture & Management Designer
- Salesforce Pardot Consultant
- Absorb (or equivalent LMS) Administrator / API experience
- Advanced DNS administration experience
- Advanced HTML/CSS experience
- Cvent (or equivalent) administrator experience
- FormAssembly administrator experience
- Google Workspace administrator experience
- Stripe (or equivalent) administrator experience
- Ubiquity UniFi AP deployment and management
- Zapier experience
- macOS experience
Salary: $82,343 - $89,987
