Full-Time IT Director / Business Partner

Director of Information Technology (IT) will act as the IT Partner for the Materials Group North America (MG) business.

Combine business knowledge with functional expertise to develop technology plans and roadmaps.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Develop an IT Strategy and Roadmap, aligned with business strategy.
2. Lead prioritization process for technology investments to drive growth and profitability.
3. Integrate IT solutions into business and customer strategy.
4. Partner to drive innovation and execution of regional digital optimization initiatives.
5. Act as primary IT lead/point of contact for the region.

Essential Skills:

• 12+ years strong business experience and IT leadership.
• Experience in leading IT for a region in a manufacturing organization.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Experience in defining, developing, and implementing IT strategies and major systems.
• Experience with ERP implementations, preferably Oracle EBS or Fusion.
• Proven expertise in supply chain knowledge and IT transformation in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

Salary: $175,650 - $215,400/year.

Location: Mentor, Ohio
