• Be the main go to person for Finance decision makers (at the highest level, including HQ CFO) around the system landscape.
• Run internal team and global team, and Local & remote people management.
• Responsible for delivering application platforms for the global Finance department to enable them in being successful in their roles • Leverages internal and external knowledge to continually improve and adapt the solutions made available to the business • Develop a long-term vision of the strategic direction for the global Finance applications team. • Contributes to objective setting for the IS (IT) department • Meets with key stakeholders on a monthly basis • Delivers solution to the business in an alignment with the agreed SLA’s • Provides L2 and L3 support to the business in response to issues or outages • Maintains an aligned and prioritized list of projects on behalf of the business • Works with the business to deliver projects per their expectations • Ensures that projects meet the quality and methodology standard of IS • Brings at least 2 innovation ideas to the organization each quarter • Delegates tasks that offer developmental challenges • Develops others through clear briefing, monitoring and debriefing

- Business level English & Japanese language ability (MUST)
- 8 years+ supporting Enterprise Finance applications globally (MUST)
- Strong Finance background, knowledge of Finance processes and applications
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and spec creation
- Strong experience in task- and project management
- Strong team player
- People management (10+ staff) and staff development
