Summary: The IT ERP Support Analyst serves as a single point-of-contact for production issues, servicing requests for ERP end-users and functionality enhancements, and ensuring timely resolution of medium-difficult production issues. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and issues to resolve issues, improve processes, or enhance ERP functionality.
What You'll Do:
- Be the initial contact for tickets in the JIRA queue.
- Work with the team in creation of intake and production problem tickets.
- Analyze business problems and assess how automated systems can be implemented.
- Log programming issues for system glitches or system enhancements in JIRA.
- Run Data Cleanup reports daily to correct data.
- Perform regression testing activities and escalate defects.
- Update Trade Service and Net Pricer based on customer requests.
- Track production support issues and provide updates.
- Set up new hires in ERP and manage ERP access.
- Assist users with issues via the Help Desk or Support JIRA queue.
- Identify root causes of incidents and provide workarounds.
- Provide application training and demos.
- Collaborate in preparing documentation for business.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School or GED - Required
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills for business and technical relationships.
- Business knowledge of sales, shipping, inventory, purchasing, etc.
- ERP knowledge.
- Good technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly.
- Work over-time as needed
