Job Details

Main objective:Assures customer satisfaction by offering support via phone, e-mail, chat and web, providing information and assistance, registering customer changes and resolving complaints according to procedures and work instructions.

Main attributions and responsibilities:

  • Offers 1st and 2nd level support to Bosch users and partners, providing assistance and information.
  • Identifies, analyzes, solves, and documents user errors.
  • Ensures correctness and durability of solutions offered.
  • Participates in improving customer service metrics (dropout rate, call resolution).
  • Promotes company image through attitude, knowledge, and client orientation.
  • Records call details in the ticketing system following STM Work Instructions.
  • Supports colleagues and demonstrates teamwork.
  • Adapts to changes in company procedures and services.
  • Seeks help from experienced colleagues for difficult calls.
  • Complies with International Procedure System of Integrated Management (quality, environment, health, occupational safety).
  • Applies relevant procedures and interdepartmental procedures.
  • Fulfills other tasks as requested by direct superior.
