Job Details
Main objective: Assures customer satisfaction by offering support via phone, email, chat, and web. Provides information, assistance, and registers customer requests into the database while resolving complaints according to procedures and work instructions.
Main attributions and responsibilities:
- Offers 1st and 2nd level support for Bosch users/partners.
- Identifies, analyzes, solves, and documents user errors.
- Ensures solution correctness and durability.
- Improves customer service metrics (e.g., dropout rate, call resolution).
- Promotes company image through positive attitude and client orientation.
- Records call details in the ticketing system.
- Assists colleagues and demonstrates team spirit.
- Adapts to company procedure and service changes.
- Seeks assistance from experienced colleagues for complex calls.
- Adheres to the International Procedure System of Integrated Management manual (quality, environment, health, and safety).
- Applies relevant company procedures.
- Completes other tasks as requested.
