Job Details

Main objective: Assures customer satisfaction by offering support via phone, email, chat, and web, providing information and assistance, registering customer requests in the database, and resolving complaints according to procedures and work instructions.

Main attributions and responsibilities:

  • Offers 1st and 2nd level support to Bosch users and partners.
  • Identifies, analyzes, solves, and documents user errors.
  • Ensures solution correctness and durability.
  • Participates in improving customer service metrics (e.g., dropout rate, call resolution).
  • Promotes company image through positive attitude and client-orientation.
  • Records call details in the ticketing system according to STM Work Instructions.
  • Provides support to colleagues and demonstrates teamwork.
  • Adapts to changes in company procedures and services.
  • Seeks help from experienced colleagues for complex calls.
  • Adheres to International Procedure System of Integrated Management (quality, environment, health, and safety).
  • Applies relevant procedures and interdepartmental procedures.
  • Completes other tasks as requested by superiors.
