Job Details
Main objective: Assures customer satisfaction by offering support via phone, email, chat, and web. Provides information and assistance, registers customer requests, and resolves complaints according to procedures and work instructions.
Main attributions and responsibilities:
- Offers 1st and 2nd level support to Bosch users and partners.
- Identifies, analyzes, solves, and documents user errors.
- Ensures the correctness and durability of solutions.
- Participates in improving customer service metrics (dropout rate, call resolution).
- Promotes company image through positive attitude and customer orientation.
- Records call details in the ticketing system.
- Supports colleagues and demonstrates teamwork.
- Adapts to changes in company procedures and services.
- Seeks assistance from colleagues with more experience for complex calls.
- Adheres to company policies (quality, environment, health, safety).
- Applies relevant procedures and interdepartmental policies.
- Completes other tasks as requested by superiors.
Limited contract: 7 months
