Job Summary:KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our growing IT team. You will be the first point of contact for technical support to internal users, handling various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering frontline technical support to end-users via chat, email, phone, or remote tools.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues effectively and promptly.
  • Managing user account setup and deactivation (Active Directory, Google Workspace).
  • Assisting in employee onboarding/offboarding, configuring IT systems, and training users.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and processes using IT ticketing systems.
  • Monitoring system performance and escalating complex issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with IT security policies.
  • Supporting Windows and macOS environments, and assisting users with common productivity applications.
  • Collaborating with IT team members to improve support processes and infrastructure.
  • Staying updated on new technologies and proposing improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk or technical support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, focusing on customer service.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS.
  • Proficiency with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals and IT security best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
