Full-Time IT Infrastructure Engineer

• Ensuring the stability and availability of systems.
• Monitoring and maintaining systems and software.
• Performing maintenance, including patches and upgrades.
• Managing project actions, technical problems, and incidents.
• Conducting root cause analysis and remediation.
• Monitoring systems availability, performance, and capacity.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of supported systems.
• Managing vulnerabilities and applying mitigation solutions.
• Liaising with internal and external partners.
• Maintaining technical documents and policies.

• Supporting architecture and project delivery teams.
• Ensuring secure implementation of systems.
• Developing skills through training and mentoring junior team members.
• Resolving issues in a timely manner (ITIL best practices).
• Providing technical peer review of changes.
• Participating in Change Management Board meetings.
• Ensuring service licensing and tracking renewals.
• Reviewing logs and monitoring solutions for system health.

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure delivery.
• Change management experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and filter change/deployment issues.

• Change management/scheduling.
• Understanding of infrastructure technology and protocols.
• Microsoft solutions (Exchange, AD, SQL, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
• Virtualization technologies (VMware and Nutanix).
• Windows Server Infrastructure.
• HPE Server and Blade Infrastructure.
• Networking (HPE ProCurve and FlexFabric).
• SAN technology (Nimble, Alletra and 3PAR).
• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop experience.
• Firewalls (FortiGate).

• Management of cloud-based solutions.
• Management of server infrastructure solutions including storage.
• Exposure to Nutanix AHV and DR.
• Rubrik backup solution.
