Full-Time IT Manager, Data Engineering

We are looking for an IT Manager, Data Engineering to join our growing team!

In this role, you will lead a team of data engineers responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with a strong focus on BigQuery as our enterprise data warehouse.

You will drive the development of robust ETL/ELT processes, ensure high data quality and performance, and partner with analytics, product, and platform teams to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be at the center of advancing our modern data stack and supporting real-time and batch data use cases at scale.

As an IT Manager, Data Engineering, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of data pipelines to ensure efficient, reliable, and scalable data collection, processing, and integration
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of data architectures, including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes
• Manage the integration of various data sources (internal and external) to ensure seamless and unified data for analytics
• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of the data warehouse, ensuring its optimal performance and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs
• Lead and manage a team of data engineers and analysts, providing guidance and support
• Oversee the deployment and monitoring of AI/ML models, ensuring they are delivering actionable insights and adding value to business processes
• Work closely with IT, product, and business teams to align on data infrastructure and analytics needs
