Job Details
Spring Education Group is seeking a Network and Systems Administrator to support its national network. Responsibilities include managing IT ticketing, maintaining network infrastructure, overseeing system configuration, and administering core platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the IT ticketing system.
- Maintain and support SEG's network infrastructure.
- Oversee system design and configuration.
- Administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Implement and manage identity and access protocols using Okta.
- Support integration and synchronization tools such as GCDS.
- Maintain email security and filtering systems including Proofpoint.
- Provide support and configuration in ServiceNow.
- Lead and participate in system upgrades and disaster recovery planning.
- Document standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in systems/network administration.
- Advanced administration experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Expertise with Active Directory, including GPO management.
- Okta administration and integration experience.
- Proficiency with GCDS, Proofpoint, and ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and system security.
- Experience with backup systems, virtualization, and disaster recovery.
