We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead IT projects as business consulting, with a strong focus on ERP implementations such as SAP, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, Coupa, Epicor or other softwares/applications.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with project objectives, scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Navigate complex organizational structures to facilitate effective communication.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management frameworks.
- Lead stakeholder management efforts at all organizational levels.
- Utilize BPM (Business Process Mapping) knowledge to analyze existing processes and drive process optimization.
- Facilitate workshops and conflict resolution sessions.
- Provide hands-on support as needed.
- Champion change management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Change Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AGILE) is strongly recommended.
- Proven experience (+10 years) as a Business Project Manager, specifically managing IT projects, focusing on ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with business processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects in multicultural environments.
- Hands-on experience in project execution.
- Proficiency in BPM (Business Process Mapping) methodologies and tools.
- Experience with Agile or other iterative project management methodologies is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Hybrid-type job. Availability to travel occasionally and work in different time zones as needed.
