Job Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the recruitment process.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
• Research and develop new sourcing methods.
• Build a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct HR interviews assessing skills, fit, and aspirations.
• Foster relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of the IT industry and technical terminology.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and team-oriented.

Soft Skills:

• Responsible, hardworking, good problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, excellent team player.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships.
• Strong time management skills.
