Working as a Technical Recruiter, you will:
• Leverage the strongest brand in the finance, accounting and technology staffing industry.
• Full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting to hiring managers.
• Establish a network of passive candidates.
• Establish a pipeline of candidates for open roles.
• Provide qualified candidates to fill job orders from the Client Services team.

Skills Required:
• Minimum undergraduate degree (Business Administration or Information Technology preferred).
• 1-5 years of IT and/or B2B sales or previous recruiting experience.
• Ability to sell and develop business.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, motivation, and competitive edge.
• Energetic, positive, and persistent.
