Full-Time IT Service Desk Engineer

As a Service Desk Engineer, you are the point of contact for end users regarding IT services and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Providing first-line solutions to IT service problems via phone, chat, and helpdesk portal.
• Ensuring end-user productivity.
• Triaging unresolved tickets to the appropriate resolution group.
• Communicating with end-users and back-end departments.
• Creating and providing user information (manuals, explanations, presentations).

Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication skills (oral, written, listening) in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or demonstrable experience, focused on Microsoft technologies.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and O365 Apps.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, and ITIL is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• High customer service orientation.
