Full-Time IT Service Management Trainee

Overall Purpose of Job: Our company is hiring an IT Service Management Trainee to support the development of the IT Knowledge Management Process within KOSTAL Group globally.

Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:

• Review existing knowledge articles to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance
• Standardize the formatting and structure of knowledge articles for consistency and ease of use
• Organize meetings with relevant stakeholders to review the knowledge content related to their services and provide administrative support during the meetings
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders to track progress on knowledge updates and ensure timely completion
• Identify gaps in documentation and suggest improvements
• Convert technical information into clear, user-friendly knowledge articles
• Provide administrative support for IT service reviews and related documentation efforts
• Help analyze common support issues and recommend additional knowledge articles
• Continuously monitor shared mailboxes and coordinate necessary actions accordingly

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong user level MS Office skills
• Ability to learn and adapt
• Passion for continuous improvement
• Fluent in English is a must, fluent in German is an advantage
• Ongoing studies
• 20 hours per week working availability
