Full-Time IT Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated IT Specialist in Denver, Colorado to join our Team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic IT support, including workstation setup, software installation, and routine maintenance.
• Assist in system administration, troubleshooting, and NetSuite ERP customization.
• Develop, execute, and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure software functionality and performance.
• Assist in generating reports and analyzing data from NetSuite, Shopify, and Data Warehouse.
• Collaborate with business units to understand workflows and suggest system improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system processes, configurations, and testing results.
• Support Technology Manager on ad-hoc projects and interface with business unit subject matter experts.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of NetSuite ERP and/or Shopify is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the apparel/retail industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or NetSuite SuiteScript is a plus.
• Degree in computer science or related field is a plus.
