Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated IT Specialist in Denver, Colorado to join our Team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic IT support, including workstation setup, software installation, and routine maintenance.
- Assist in system administration, troubleshooting, and NetSuite ERP customization.
- Develop, execute, and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure software functionality and performance.
- Assist in generating reports and analyzing data from NetSuite, Shopify, and Data Warehouse.
- Collaborate with business units to understand workflows and suggest system improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system processes, configurations, and testing results.
- Support Technology Manager on ad-hoc projects and interface with business unit subject matter experts.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Basic understanding of NetSuite ERP and/or Shopify is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the apparel/retail industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or NetSuite SuiteScript is a plus.
- Degree in computer science or related field is a plus.
