We are looking for an IT Support person to join our team and assist us in solving technical problems.
Tasks:
- Providing user support for technical issues (remotely)
- Monitoring systems and responding to requests
- Basic database administration
- Cooperating with the technical team and escalating more complex incidents.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of databases
- Nice to have: basic knowledge of Linux
- Communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently
- Good organization of work during night shifts.
