Full-Time IT Support Automation Specialist (Asana, G-suite)

• Workflow Standardization and Automation in Asana (60%): Design and implement scalable project and task management workflows in Asana. Collaborate with stakeholders to automate repetitive tasks, define standards, and support cross-functional project visibility.
• Google Workspace (G-Suite) Administration (20%): Manage user accounts, groups, access controls, and configurations within Google Workspace. Respond to internal service requests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure alignment with security and operational policies.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of IT Solutions (20%): Conduct structured testing of new IT tools and enhancements to ensure functionality, usability, and business alignment prior to deployment; Document results and work with IT teams on improvements.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
• Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience creating business intelligence dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools
• Familiarity with administrative configuration of collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence, or similar environments
• Basic knowledge of low-code/no-code automation platforms or scripting (e.g., Asana, Google Apps Script, is a plus.)
