Job Description:
I am Frank, Head of Security & IT at Ashby, and I'm looking for our first dedicated IT hire.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Orientation
- Attention to detail but striving for execution
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Familiar with international remote environments
- Okta SAML, SCIM (ideally Okta Workflows)
- Kandji or similar MDM
- Apple Mac best practices
- Google Workspace
Desired Skills:
- Curiosity and a desire to learn new technologies.
- Ability to provide phenomenal customer service and enforce policies.
- Proactive approach to improving processes.
- Experience in scheduling and managing tasks/projects independently.
