Job Description:

I am Frank, Head of Security & IT at Ashby, and I'm looking for our first dedicated IT hire.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Orientation
  • Attention to detail but striving for execution
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Familiar with international remote environments
  • Okta SAML, SCIM (ideally Okta Workflows)
  • Kandji or similar MDM
  • Apple Mac best practices
  • Google Workspace

Desired Skills:

  • Curiosity and a desire to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to provide phenomenal customer service and enforce policies.
  • Proactive approach to improving processes.
  • Experience in scheduling and managing tasks/projects independently.
