Job Details
The IT Support Representative provides technology support to employees, triages technical requests, troubleshoots technology puzzles, and creates knowledge base articles. We’re looking for someone who is very thorough, professional, personable, service-oriented, and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and setup technology systems for team members.
- Manage and monitor systems accounts.
- Provide IT system and hardware support.
- Support specific cloud systems.
- Maintain asset inventory and software licensing.
- Manage user accounts and troubleshoot office network.
- Provision and de-provision office access for users.
- Triage and escalate technological requests.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting Windows and macOS.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Experience supporting local and remote users.
- Experience with network troubleshooting.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
