Sentinel Blue is seeking an IT Operations Technician to join our team. This is an entry-level IT support role with strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator, empathetic, and technically inclined. The role involves handling IT support requests, contributing to systems, projects, and services. This is a fully remote position for applicants in Pacific Time Zone (PT), Mountain Time Zone (MT), or Hawaii. U.S. citizenship with clearance eligibility is required.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, triage, and analyze IT service requests.
- Perform systems administration work in Office 365, Active Directory.
- Communicate with clients through email, chat, and phone.
- Assist in the management, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and reports.
Requirements:
- U.S. citizenship with eligibility for a Secret clearance.
- General knowledge of IT systems, Windows 10, endpoint management, and desktop support.
- General knowledge of networking and audio-visual support.
- Strong communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in a multi-client environment.
- Experience with Azure Government and Office 365 GCC High.
- Basic understanding of security fundamentals.
- Experience in a professional customer support setting.
