Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Systems Administrator to join our IT Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and high system availability. This role also supports the development of intelligent automation solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate.
  • Develop custom business applications with Power Apps.
  • Build and maintain intelligent bots using Copilot Studio.
  • Collaborate with IT Systems, Security, and Project Delivery teams.
  • Manage patching, updates, and endpoint maintenance using tools like SCCM and Intune.
  • Monitor and report on system performance, availability, and capacity.
  • Administer backups, security controls, and infrastructure changes.
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Handle escalations from Tier I and II analysts, using automation.
  • Conduct root cause analysis.
  • Participate in IT change management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration
  • Proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
  • Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio is required
  • Proficiency with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog, Nagios, Zabbix, LogicMonitor).
  • Familiarity with IT security best practices and implementation
  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery systems
