Full-Time IT Systems Administrator (Remote)

We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities include:

1. Reproducing, analyzing, and evaluating requests to resolve or escalate incidents (remote only).
2. Communicating with other departments to resolve issues (remote only).
3. Monitoring SLA compliance for incident resolution and escalating unresolved issues (remote only).
4. Serving as the 1st and 2nd line of technical support (L3 model).

Working Schedule: Night shifts (5 PM - 1 AM, 1 AM - 9 AM)

Experience Requirements:

• System administrator with proven hands-on experience in Office Infrastructure (1+ year)
• Desktop OS administration and hardware management
• Windows: Client OS support (Windows 10), Windows Server 2012 R2 (AD, GP, Print Services)
• macOS: Client OS support
• Networking: DNS, DHCP, OSI model, routing & switching principles

Tools & Technologies:

• SCCM, Bitdefender, Asana, Confluence, Acronis, AD, CrowdStrike
• Software/hardware troubleshooting, SQL, Slack, GSuite

Other Requirements:

• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle all IT-related local office tasks (e.g., preparing workstations, workplaces)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
