Full-Time IT Systems Engineer (Remote)

• System Administration and Maintenance: Administer and maintain core IT systems, including Microsoft Entra, Intune, Jamf, Office 365, MS Defender, and Atlassian tools.
• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support for IT systems, resolve escalated incidents.
• Network Infrastructure: Administer and maintain Cisco Meraki infrastructure, troubleshoot VPN solutions.
• Configuration and Projects: Configure IT systems, lead IT projects, develop system automation workflows.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce IT security measures, ensure compliance.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain documentation, provide guidance to junior team members.

• Experience managing enterprise IT systems.
• Expertise in administering Microsoft Entra, Intune, Jamf, Office 365, MS Defender, and Atlassian tools.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and experience with Meraki.
• Scripting and automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python).

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and a proactive mindset.

• 6-8 years hands-on experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Jamf Certified Tech preferred.
