Full-Time IT Systems & Infrastructure Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an IT Systems & Infrastructure Manager to lead and oversee our organization's IT infrastructure. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing systems, networks, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the infrastructure team.
• DevOps Integration: Collaborate with DevOps teams to define, implement, and optimize tools and technologies.
• Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, track progress, and report status updates.
• Service Management: Oversee IT service delivery, including helpdesk operations, ticket management, and incident resolution.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to IT strategy development, including budgeting, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Technical Oversight: Ensure the organization's systems are secure, resilient, and optimized.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements, provide technical guidance.
• Reporting & Documentation: Create executive presentations, reporting matrices, and documentation.
• Vendor & Tool Management: Evaluate, select, and manage vendor relationships and software tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of management experience leading IT infrastructure teams.
• Proficiency in managing enterprise IT environments.
• Experience with DevOps tools, concepts, and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience in IT budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and system architecture.
• Proven ability to research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies.

Preferred Certifications: ITIL, PMP, CCNA/CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent.
