Job Details
Lead and manage a 24x7x365 offshore operations team across multiple technology domains.
Ensure operational excellence in the delivery of services including incident response, change management, patching, and performance optimization.
Drive continuous improvement in monitoring, automation, and runbook development.
Collaborate with onshore SMEs and stakeholders to align on SLAs, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
Maintain compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Provide escalation support and root cause analysis for critical incidents.
Manage team capacity, shift schedules, and training to ensure round-the-clock coverage.

- Virtualization & Compute: VMware (vCenter, ESXi, vMotion, vSAN, SRM, VDI), vRealize Automation (vRA), vROPs, CWOM, Dell & Cisco UCS hardware, VxRail
- Storage & Backup: NetApp, Dell PowerStore, Unity, AWS FSx, XtremeIO, SnapMirror, SnapVault, CIFS/DFS, SAN zoning, Veritas NetBackup, IDPA, Dell Apex, Backupify, Avamar, Data Domain
- Cyber Vault & Cleanroom: Cyber recovery infrastructure, OWL Diode, SecureCopy, CyberSense
- Cloud & Identity: Azure AD, AWS SSO, SharePoint Online, M365 backup, Power BI (Gateway, ODBC, Athena, Workspace)

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in IT operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing offshore teams in a 24x7 environment.
Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
ITIL certification or equivalent experience in service management preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, ISO, etc.)
- Exposure to Agile/DevOps methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
