Full-Time IT Systems Manager

• Management of IT systems and external IT vendors
• Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them accordingly:Internet security and access management, Internal server management, Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Office 365, Monitor network and systems for performance, security, and other issues
• Devise and establish new IT polices and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by leadership team
• Implement and maintain IT Security, IT Security Breach, Emergency evacuation plan, Use of Personal Device, and Data Classification and Access Control policy
• Disaster Recovery and Continuity of Operations Plan and disaster recovery efforts
• IT security and protection training for the organization
• Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
• Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software
• Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrade, migrations and outages
• Manage and reporting on allocation of IT budget
• Identifying opportunities for IT team training and skill advancement
• Maintain, follow, and enforce all security policies and procedures at all times.
