Brightspeed is seeking an IT Technical Lead, Service Assurance Systems - Enterprise & Wholesale to join our growing team!
The position involves eliciting business requirements, developing solutions aligned with business objectives, and implementing them on the ServiceNow platform. Collaboration with business partners is crucial to gather input and integrate solutions for user base needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Service Assurance solutions using ServiceNow.
- Translate requirements into technical solutions with IT partners.
- Provide subject matter expertise for business requirements, process design, and implementation.
- Participate in production incident troubleshooting and solution design.
- Support unit testing and UAT.
- Drive initiatives from requirements to implementation, prioritizing based on business needs.
- Lead implementation teams, prioritizing product backlog, writing epics/stories, and tracking progress.
- Collaborate on user experience improvements.
- Oversee all product creation stages, including design and development.
