Diakrit is a global leader in premium photography, visualizations, and digital content solutions for the real estate industry.
We're looking for an IT Technician to join our IT team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing first and second-line IT support to users worldwide.
- Utilizing IT knowledge to resolve technical issues.
- Working remotely with occasional visits to the office or IT Service Desk locations.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of IT experience.
- Expert knowledge of Windows OS.
- Good knowledge of device management (MDM tools like Intune, Jamf).
- Good understanding of computer hardware and Linux.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Understanding of networks and Docker.
- Experience supporting web-based applications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in an international company.
- Native English speaker.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in using troubleshooting methodology.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based ticket systems.
- Self-starter.
Bonus Skills:
- University degree in a related field.
- Knowledge of Git or SQL.
- Knowledge of AWS services.
Location: Thailand (remote work available). While living in Thailand is beneficial, not required.
