Job Details
This is an external facing role designing and delivering IT education and training services to enable customers to gain maximum understanding primarily for our ORIGIN Duty Management product and supporting the delivery of training on our other Public Safety Products.
As a Trainer, your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Delivering training programmes to clients both in a classroom environment and online through Webinars.
- Conducting training needs analysis and designing course materials.
- Liaising with product experts to keep course materials updated.
- Developing train-the-trainer packages.
- Preparing the learning environment and resources.
- Organising and marketing courses.
- Supporting projects with training consultancy.
- Supporting and coaching learners.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training and course outcomes.
- Keeping up to date with relevant systems, software, and training methodologies.
- Dealing with administrative records.
This role will be home based with travel to customer sites within the UK.
