About You

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with GCP services.
  • Proven experience handling L2 support in production.
  • Solid understanding of cloud monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts for system uptime.
  • Exposure to cloud architecture design and implementation on GCP.
  • Ability to use GCP services like Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and Monitoring tools.
  • Proficient in Python, using FastAPI.
  • Intermediate Python service reading, writing, and debugging skills.
  • Understanding of RAG and LLMs (a plus).
  • Intermediate prompting and conversational data analysis skills.
  • Experience with intent management, agent configuration, and flow optimization.
  • Familiarity with communication platforms (WhatsApp, voice routing, webhooks).
  • DevOps tool and CI/CD pipeline experience in a cloud-native environment.
  • Fluent in English (for international collaboration).

Responsibilities

  • Monitor GCP applications and infrastructure for reliability and performance.
  • Triage support tickets and alerts, classifying incidents as L2 or L3.
  • Analyze logs, metrics, and conversation history to diagnose issues.
  • Escalate critical incidents to L3 engineers and collaborate with vendors.
  • Collaborate with backend developers, AI/ML specialists, and cloud architects.
  • Maintain clear documentation of incidents, resolutions, runbooks, and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to knowledge bases, playbooks, and SOPs for improved efficiency.
  • Adhere to ITIL-based processes (incidents, problems, changes).
